Obituary for Linda Joyce Osborne

Former San Luis Valley resident Linda Joyce Osborne, 72, died January 3, 2013 at the Penrose St. Francis Hospital in Colorado Springs.
Linda began her life on June 3, 1940 in Salinas, California, the daughter to Andrew S. and Dorothy L. Roberts Bordges, Sr. She married Leslie H. Osborne, Sr. and he preceded her in death.
Linda worked for many years as an Emergency Medical Technician and loved helping people. She had a talent for crafts and loved making many ceramic dolls. She also enjoyed riding horses and spending time in the mountains and outdoors.
Linda is survived by her daughter Tammy (Michael) Lamontagne of North Carolina; her grandchildren Rebecca and Sarah, one great-grandson Colon; her sister Pamela (Richard) Nakasawa of Yuma, AZ and her brother Andrew Bordges, Jr. of Spokane, WA; as well as numerous nieces and nephews including Tosh, Keanu and Chelsea Nakasawa, whom she was very close to.
Her parents, her children Leslie and Onnie and her husband preceded her in death.
Cremation was chosen and private services will be held at a later date.
