Obituary for Wyatt Richard Quiller

Wyatt Richard Quiller, 71, of Crane, passed away at 10:27 p.m. Monday, April 8, 2013 at IU Health Bloomington Hospital.
Born January 9, 1942 in Mesita, Colorado, he was the son of Herbert Charles and Helen Virginia (Winner) Quiller.
He was an Electrician for NSWC Crane retiring in 1998 after 40 years of service. He served his country in the United States Navy in Vietnam and was a life member of the Crane VFW Post # 9297. He was a member of the Bloomfield American Legion Post # 196. Surviving relatives include: his children, Kristi Harris of Patoka, Melissa Koontz of Crane and William Quiller of Bloomfield; the mother of his children, Mary Jane Quiller of Bloomfield; sisters, Judith Quiller of Colorado City, Colorado, Janice Price of La Jara, Colorado, Barbara Wood of Mesa, Arizona and Gayle Quiller of Rockport, Texas; six grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by two sisters, Hope Quiller and Virginia Quiller and his parents.
A funeral service will be held at 10:00 AM on Wednesday April 17, 2013 at the Rogers Family Mortuary in Alamosa. Burial will follow in the Mesita Cemetery with military honors.
