The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Condolence: "Little Joe" was someone I always enjoyed. He was thin and sinewy...always full of great ideas and fun. He had the sweetest parents and lots of cousins and family who loved him.
