Condolence: The many heartfelt testimonies which have been posted online about Dale this past few days, are quite an example of what a wonderful, thoughtful, caring and generous person he was. The days will be darker for all of us who had the pleasure of calling him friend. He was the kind of person who thought about others before himself and was always just a phone call away to lend a helping hand to make things easier for whoever he needed to be there for. That's just the kind of special individual that he was. He loved law enforcement and formed a special bond with those who were his brothers in blue. He had the kind of attitude and spirit for the job he respected and enjoyed that made you want to get involved to better and improve the world around you. We have learned a lot from Dale, about human compassion,selflessness and true friendship that will never be far from our hearts!

Our deepest and most sincere condolences to his wife, Jennifer and loving daughters and grandchildren who he treasured more than anything in the world. We love you!
